Found Rancho Appliance Care while searching online for Washing Machine repair in Carson, CA, and glad I did! My washing machine was acting up, and I really needed it fixed fast. They totally came through. Called and they set an appointment quickly, didn’t keep me waiting at all. The tech who showed up seemed really professional, knew his stuff.
He checked out my machine, kinda explained what was wrong (not that I understood all of it, honestly), but it made sense when he said it. Felt like he was being honest, not just trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. Turns out, it was a problem with the water pump.
He replaced the bad part, got it running again, and now everything works great! This guy even gave me some tips on how to avoid the same issue in the future, which was awesome. And price-wise? They didn’t overcharge – super reasonable compared to some other quotes I’d gotten.
Overall, a solid experience with their Washing Machine repair service. Definitely recommend them if you're in Carson and need appliance help. Trust or not, these folks at Rancho Appliance Care seem to know what they’re doing!
